DIY Christmas Gift Wrapping
Tis the season for arts and crafts! This year I decided to do a little DIY crafting for my Christmas gift wrap. The idea came from Pinterest (where else?!?) and ended up saving me quite a bit of money! All the supplies I already had at home, but you could easily find them inexpensively at the Dollar Store. The black Chalkboard paint I had on hand left over from another project, but you could really use any color (red and green to be more festive).1. I used old cardboard boxes and grocery store paper bags to first wrap the gifts.2. Next, I cut the sponge with scissors to outline a Christmas tree. You can cut any shape you like for any season! Maybe for Valentines I will do hearts ;)3. Then just dip and stamp!4. I tied jute twine on last to finish off the look I was going for. I've also seen some people tie on berry twigs or pine in place of a bow for an added pizzaz! (did I spell that correctly? It looks like 'Pizza'...oh well...). As you can see, I was too lazy for all that so I kept it simple. The finished product! Hope you have a magical holiday!Love,Melissa;)
